I design and deliver practical training and working sessions tailored to your organisation's context. Training includes change leadership, project management and team effectiveness. Participants leave with practical tools and lots of confidence.
Mentoring
I work as a trusted advisor to leaders who want a confidential space to think, reflect, learn, and grow. Whether navigating a new role or difficult transition, or simply wanting an experienced sounding board, I offer a structured environment to do so.
About Me
With over a decade of experience in senior roles at Cancer Research UK and Breaking Barriers, I bring deep expertise in starting up and scaling organisations, as well as strategy, transformation, and operations.
As a former Chief of Staff at Breaking Barriers, I helped the charity grow into a national, award-winning organisation, leading major organisational reviews and improving governance and processes.
I am an engaging and enthusiastic charity sector leader with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. I have experience of managing diverse teams and working as part of multiple Senior Leadership Teams. I have held positions leading programme delivery, HR, Data as well as strategy, innovation and project management.
I love working with new people and particularly enjoy facilitating workshops. Outside of work, I have a young daughter and a sausage dog who keep me busy, and I love spending holidays in France.
Testimonials
“Anna would be an asset to any organisation. Her workshop facilitation creates a safe space for collaboration and innovation, supporting teams through challenges and times of change. Anna leads with compassion and co-creates tangible solutions to drive business outcomes and organisational change.”
Dani Meier, EDI Manager,
Diabetes UK
“Anna has supported us through a critical period for change within our organisation. We worked together to design a new organisational structure, mitigate risk as we grew our team, improve every stage of our recruitment process and manage sensitive internal communications. Her strategic thinking, depth of knowledge and professionalism have been invaluable to us. It's been a pleasure to work with her, and we wouldn't be where we are now without her.”
Moses Seitler, CEO and Founder,
Screen Share UK
“It has been a very real pleasure to work with Anna on a number of projects at the Baobab Centre. Her very considerable skills have come to the fore in the way she has helped us think about reconstructing the Board and helping refine thinking about the CEO role. Her many skills and experience are clearly even wider than we have yet made use of and her network is extensive. We have been extremely fortunate to have been introduced to her.”
Felicity Dirmeik, Chair of Trustees,
Baobab Centre for Young Survivors in Exile
